13 is unlucky for some – but not for organiser Ben Wilson, whose 13th Countdown in Lincoln (COLIN) tournament is set to be the biggest one yet!

So far, 49 players have signed up to play on the Saturday, breaking 2014‘s record of 47. The Hangover – a smaller, shorter event played on the Sunday – has also smashed its own record of 31, with 38 players currently set to play!

The largest Co-event ever was Countdown in Milton Keynes 2015, which enticed 50 players. With a week and a half left to go until the big day, and sign-ups welcomed up to and on the day, COLIN could well surpass this – so watch this space.
